We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know within 14 days. Please e-mail or call us before you return any merchandise. You need to have a return form & authorization number.
Returns are only accepted if the merchandise is defective or if we've misrepresented our merchandise. If the error is on our part, we will quickly and happily redo your order.
Returned item(s) must be in the condition in which they were received with original packing and any tags. Any worn or washed items cannot be returned.
Once you've received your return form and authorization number, you may send the form and merchandise back to us for replacement, store credit or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Replacement items, store credit or refunds will not be processed until the original item and the return form are received.
